Cardano (ADA) News: Investors Prepare for Supposed Midnight Airdrop of Cardano (ADA)

One member of the Cardano (ADA) community has an unsubstantiated prediction that Cardano token holders will receive a Midnight (DUST) airdrop.

 

The Midnight Protocol airdrop campaign, which has been rumoured to be implemented soon, might provide Cardano (ADA) holders with a significant incentive increase.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cardano (ADA) Investors to Receive a Huge Payout?

 

 

A community member going by the handle @bigpeyYT broke the news on the X app. The announcement has stirred a new level of excitement from the Cardano community as big pey is one of its recognised members who has garnered a following from the protocol’s parent business Input Output Global (IOG).

 

Some community members have already started asking follow-up questions like “what kind of wallet will be needed to become eligible?” and “what other criteria will need to be adhered to?” after seeing the article. Big pey claims that customers that select Stake Pool Operators (SPOs) that are powered by Cardano may be eligible for the airdrop. However, he did say that for the time being, Midnight’s stakeholder base must come first.

 

Cardano (ADA) investors are getting pumped up for the big event thanks to the close relationship between big pey and the project’s founders while they wait for the formal announcement.

 

In order to provide the level of anonymity desired by many Web3.0 users, Cardano launched the Midnight Protocol and its native coin DUST.

 

While Midnight is still under development, IOG announced earlier this month that it had chosen their initial Devnet pioneers. The Midnight Devnet, a testing environment for a decentralised protocol, may soon be accessible to a wider range of users.

Cardano has had a busy year, with various new features being implemented on the mainnet. After the collapse of TerraUSD (UST) in 2022 lowered expectations for stablecoins generally, Cardano earlier this year welcomed its algorithmic stablecoin DJED from Coti, reframing the outlook of such tokens.

 

Cardano’s scaling solution, DJED, was released on the mainnet, and the team has also unveiled Hydra Head, demonstrating their commitment to making Cardano’s blockchain more scalable than competitors’.
