Our app version 6.3.0 is live!

June is our anniversary month, and we’ve launched our new app version 6.3.0. to continue to provide enhanced crypto trading services to our users. Find out what we’ve updated in this version of the app upgrade.

New Features

Price Alert & Volatility Alert

Our price alert function is optimised for an easier set-up of alert notifications. What’s more, we’ve added a volatility alert feature—users can now customise the alerts with the volatility of the percentage price change of their desired products.

Here’s where you can find the Price Alert & Volatility Alert feature on our app:

1. Go to Futures and tap the … sign at the top right corner.

2. You will see a selection window appearing at the top. Tap Price Alert.

3. Choose Price Alert or Volatility Alert here.

4. Tap on the + or – signs to set up your alert.

5. To create an alert based on the percentage price change of a product, go to Volatility Alert. Drag the slider and stop at your desired level or tap on the + or – signs.

6. You can enable the Repeat alert function to get price notifications every time the product reaches your desired price level.

We welcome your feedback—Report an issue and get rewarded!

Users now can now report any bugs/issues that they find on the BTCC app and get a reward of 2USDT if their suggestions are accepted. Here’s how you can report an issue and get rewarded:

1. Go to the Home page and tap at the top left corner.

2. Go to Give Feedback.

3. Complete the form—select the issue type and describe the issue in detail to help us improve. Tip: don’t forget to fill out your email address/phone number so we can send you the reward once we accept your feedback.
