Kevin O’Leary: I Won’t Sell Anything

Shark Tank star Kevin O’Reilly talked about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies in his insider interview published on Saturday.

Commenting on the turmoil in the cryptocurrency market, O’Leary said:

“I don’t sell anything in the long run, you have to put up with it. You must understand that you will get fluctuations and that some projects will not succeed.”

According to the publication,O’Leary currently holds 32 Positions in the field of digital assets. He is also a strategic investor in Wonderfi Technologies.. The cryptocurrency platform received conditional approval for listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) last week.

In an interview with Bankless,  O’Leary said that his biggest holdings are Ethereum and Bitcoin. However, he added: “I also have a large position in USDC [and] a large position in FTX as an equity.” He also mentioned Polygon and Solana. Stressing the importance of diversification, he said that about eight weeks ago, his cryptocurrency holdings accounted for about 21% of his portfolio. Now, it has dropped to about 18%, he said, detailing.

“There has been a big adjustment in the market, but you must hold your nose and adapt to this fluctuation.”

The Shark Tank star  explained that the recent cryptocurrency crash, such as the implosion of cryptocurrency Terra (LUNA) and algorithmic stablecoin terrausd (UST), provided investors with valuable experience.

The demise of UST “has educated everyone. This is not the way to establish a stablecoin,” he said, stressing that “This is very important for education and the maturity of the market.”

O’Leary added that the collapse of a crypto token did not have a major impact on global financial markets. He thinks.

“This is nothing. In the context of sovereign wealth, it is a rounding error. This is a bad thing for investors, but they have taught the market not to do anything. This is a good thing.”

Mr. Wonderful has always said that trillions of dollars will flow into cryptocurrencies “when we are supervised by policies and regulators”. He also believes that cryptocurrency will become the 12th largest sector of the US economy within 10 years.
