Strive Discloses Approximately $718 Million in Warrants Outstanding at $27 per Share Exercise Price

Odaily News: Matt Cole, CEO of Bitcoin treasury company Strive, said that as of September 11, the company still has approximately $718 million in PIPE warrants outstanding, with an exercise price of $27 per share.

Due to the U.S. Columbus Day holiday, the exercise deadline has been extended from October 12 to 5:00 p.m. ET on October 13, with all other terms unchanged. The company's SEC filings show that the outstanding warrants correspond to approximately 26.596 million shares, and full exercise would bring in approximately $718 million in funds.
