Odaily News: Sources say HGP Intelligent Energy plans to go public through a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), with the deal valuing the nuclear energy services company at approximately $1.2 billion. The company's technology aims to enable nuclear reactors to flexibly adjust power output in response to real-time fluctuations in electricity demand from artificial intelligence (AI) data centers.
