1. System upgrade period: May 28, 2024 (Tuesday), 06:00-08:00 (UTC)

2. Impacted services include:

    • New account registrations;

    • Binding of email/mobile number to BTCC accounts;

    • Both crypto and fiat deposits and withdrawals; and

    • The top banners and some icons on the Home page of the BTCC app.

Important Reminder: Please ensure you have sufficient margin in your open positions prior to the start of the system upgrade to prevent any potential liquidation losses, as deposit functionalities will be temporarily unavailable.
