Bitcoin And Ethereum Move Higher, RUNE And SAND Outperform

• Bitcoin price is expected to close above USD 20,500.
• Ethereum is testing USD 1,200, and XRP is still below $0.34.
• SAND and RUNE are two of the best performers today.

 

Bitcoin price is well above the $19,500 support zone. BTC even tested the $20,500 level. Currently (03:51 UTC) it is trading close to $20,400, up about 2% in a day and a week.

 

Similarly, most major altcoins are also moving higher. ETH tested USD 1,200 while XRP is fluctuating below USD 0.335. ADA might attempt a clear move above USD 0.48.

 

Bitcoin (BTC) Price

After a close above the USD 20,000 level, bitcoin price remained in a positive zone. BTC formed a base and moved higher towards USD 20,500. It is now attempting a close above the USD 20,500 resistance zone. If the bulls succeed, the price could rise further above USD 20,650. The next major resistance is still near USD 21,200, above which the price could rise to USD 22,000.

 

If not, there might be a downside correction towards the USD 20,000 level. The next major support is near the USD 19,500 zone, below which the price could decline towards the USD 18,800 level.

Ethereum (ETH) Price

Ethereum price gained pace above the USD 1,120 resistance zone and tested USD 1,200, before moving towards USD 1,175. ETH is up 4% in a day and almost 7% in a week. The next major resistance is near USD 1,220, above which the price could rise to USD 1,280.

 

If there is a downside correction, the price might test USD 1,120. The next major support is near USD 1,100, below which the price could start a stronger decline.

 

ADA, BNB, DOGE, SOL And XRP Price

Cardano (ADA) is still stuck near the USD 0.45 level. An immediate resistance is near USD 0.480. The main breakout zone is still near the USD 0.50 level, above which the price might start a stronger increase.

 

BNB settled above the USD 235 resistance zone. It even spiked towards the USD 240 level and is currently consolidating gains. The next major resistance is near USD 242.

 

DOGE cleared the USD 0.0680 resistance zone. It is rising and might test the USD 0.070 level. The next key resistance is near USD 0.072, above which the price may perhaps rise towards USD 0.075.

 

Solana (SOL) is up almost 5% and trading well above the USD 35 resistance zone. The next major resistance is near the USD 38.00, above which the price could rise towards the USD 40 level.

 

XRP price is still stuck near the USD 0.320 zone. An immediate resistance is near USD 0.335. The main hurdle is near the USD 0.35 level, above which the price could climb towards USD 0.40.

Other Altcoins Prices Today

Many altcoins are steadily rising, including AXS, APE, AVAX, DOT, FTT, LTC, MATIC, MANA, NEAR, RUNE, SHIB, SAND and XTZ. RUNE and SAND are up nearly 9%, topping the $2.25 and $1.25 levels respectively, making them the best-performing crypto assets in today’s top 100 by market cap. RUNE is also up 17% in a week, while SAND is up 21%.

 

Overall, bitcoin price is showing some positive signs above the USD 20,000 level. A close above the USD 20,500 level could start a steady rise over the next few trading days.
