To add any of these Networks to your Ethereum account, go to the Network you want. Click on ‘Add to MetaMask’ in front of wETH. Ethereum will automatically add the Test Network to your wallet.

You get a free Ether from any of the available Test Network. In my case, I got a free Ether in my Kovan Test Network. Ethereum Main Network is the default Network. To see the free test Ether, change the Ethereum Main Network in your wallet to the Test Network you added if not changed already. Scroll the website from top to bottom.
