BTCC’s weekly contract is a virtual contract product denominated in USDT. Each contract represents 1 unit of the cryptocurrency (for example, BTC/USDT contract, each contract represents 1 BTC). Investors can Buy long or Sell short to profit from the price rising or falling. The contract leverage is 10x/20x/50x/100x.

Expiration time: There is a fixed settlement time for weekly contract, the expiration time is 05:00~07:00 (UTC+8) every Sunday, and trading will be suspended during the settlement;

Index price: In order to ensure fairness in trading, BTCC uses the spot prices of many mainstream exchanges to generate the BTCC index price in real time. Users can trade on the index price. BTCC ensures that the transaction price is close to the global market without deviation;

Real-time settlement of profit and loss: As long as the user’s contract is closed, the unrealized profit and loss can be converted to realized profit and loss in real time, which fully improves the flexibility of capital use:

Margin system: In order to prevent the impact of market liquidity and large losses during the forced liquidation of large positions, BTCC implements a margin rate system. That is, the larger the user’s position, the higher the required margin rate, and the lower the leverage that the user can select;

Forced Liquidation: When the net value is lower than forced liquidation, the position will be closed by system.
