American Bitcoin 即將完成與 Gryphon 的合併，並在納斯達克上市
深潮 TechFlow 消息，8 月 1 日，據The Miner Mag報導，American Bitcoin Corporation（ABC）與Gryphon Digital Mining的合併計劃取得重要進展。 Gryphon已於7月31日向美國證券交易委員會（SEC）提交代理聲明，將於8月27日舉行股東投票。 SEC同時批准了S-4註冊聲明生效，為交易推進掃清監管障礙。
