香港ステーブルコイン規制の実名制が暗号市場に逆風？ 普及への懸念浮上
香港の金融当局がステーブルコイン発行者に実名登録を義務付ける方針を打ち出し、暗号業界に波紋が広がっている。
規制の狙いは投資家保護だが、匿名性を重視するユーザー離れを招く可能性も。一部の業界関係者からは「過剰規制がイノベーションを阻害する」との声が上がっている。
金融安定理事会（FSA）は「健全な市場発展のため」と主張するが、伝統的金融機関と同じルールを求める姿勢に、暗号ネイティブな投資家からは冷笑も。あるDeFi開発者は「銀行がブロックチェーンを理解する日まで、我々は規制をバイパスし続ける」と語った。
香港がアジアの暗号ハブを目指す中、この規制が足かせになるか――業界の動向から目が離せない。
