What is the VIP protection period?
VIP protection period: a delayed downgrade protection period for VIP levels.
When the data for your VIP level is not met and your total assets and trading volume in the past 30 days are both incomplete, your VIP level will be downgraded and your VIP benefits will be reduced. However, VIP3 and above have a protection period. During this period, the level will not be downgraded, and you can still enjoy the fee discounts, birthday gifts, dedicated customer support, and other benefits of the corresponding level!
How can I increase the protection period?
The higher your VIP level, the longer the protection period, and the longer your downgrade delay period will be.
