Zodia Custody 完成對阿聯酋數字資產託管機構 Tungsten Custody Solutions 的收購
深潮 TechFLOW 消息，7 月 2 日，據 Finance Feeds 報導，數字資產託管服務提供商 Zodia Custody 已完成對阿聯酋數字資產託管機構 Tungsten Custody Solutions 的收購。
通過此次交易，Zodia Custody 獲得了阿布扎比全球市場框架下的金融服務監管局許可證，以及迪拜虛擬資產監管局的初步批准證書，並將繼續推進獲取完整的虛擬資產服務提供商許可。
Tungsten Custody 由阿布扎比數字資產投資公司 Further Ventures 孵化。 作為交易的一部分，Further Ventures 將加入 Zodia Custody 的股東名單，並繼續提供區域網絡和監管專業知識。
Zodia Custody 的投資方包括渣打創投、阿聯酋國民銀行、北方信託、SBI Holdings 和澳大利亞國民銀行創投等機構。
