System Upgrade Announcement

In order to improve the service quality and optimize the user trading experience comprehensively, BTCC will be upgraded on July 17, 2020 (UTC + 8). The specific time and scope of impact are as follows:

1. Upgrade time: 10:00 ~ 12:00, July 17 (today) (UTC + 8)

2. Scope of impact: APP, Web registration, login, coin recharging and withdrawal will be intermittently impacted, while the transactions remain normal.

Due to the impact on coin recharging and withdrawal, if necessary, please supplement the margin for your positions before the upgrade, so as to avoid the loss in the account caused by failure of coin recharging due to the upgrade. Thank you!
