Tether, the issuer of the $USDT stablecoin, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Guinea to assist new crypto users from the African nation in exploring blockchain technology. The agreement, similar to one Tether signed with Uzbekistan last year, aims to provide education and information about Web3, innovation, and stablecoins. This collaboration is expected to spread crypto adoption in Guinea, with a population of around 14.8 million, and Uzbekistan, with 36.3 million people.
