China is actively launching AI products and generating revenue from them, aiming to cushion the impacts of Trump’s tariffs. In the past two weeks, numerous Chinese companies have announced new AI tools and how they are monetizing them. For instance, Kuaishou’s AI video-generation tool Kling has earned over 100 million yuan (about $13.78 million) since its launch last summer. Tencent has also rolled out an updated version of its AI model for creating 3D visuals, which can be used in games or for 3D printing.
