Google to Comply With Mica Rules for Crypto Ads From April 23

Google is introducing stricter advertising policies for crypto firms and related services across Europe, aligning with the European Union’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation. Starting April 23, companies promoting crypto exchanges and wallets on Google’s platform must be licensed under the MiCA regulation or as a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP). Advertisers must also comply with each country’s specific legal requirements.

Execs Share Wish Lists for SEC at Crypto Roundtable

The SEC has been active since Gary Gensler’s departure and Paul Atkins’ confirmation. Recent actions include statements on crypto-related disclosures and a request to pause litigation with Binance. However, the most significant move was the creation of a crypto task force and roundtable meetings.
