- Once your total net asset value (USDT) reaches the requirements for the respective VIP levels, please contact our customer service team to request an account upgrade.
- When you still have open positions in your account, our customer service team will not be able to help you upgrade to a new VIP level. Please close all positions before contacting our customer service team for an upgrade.
- Total net asset value is calculated in USDT and it is the sum of your assets.
- There is no differentiation between the trading fees of a taker or a maker on BTCC.
- Trading fee discounts apply to all futures contracts made in every currency available on BTCC.
- Trading fees are applied to the opening and closing of futures positions.
