To enhance your VIP service experience, BTCC is updating its rules regarding VIP levels. Starting September 1, 2024, we'll transition from a “no downgrade” policy to a “smart upgrade and downgrade” system. Every day at 18:00 (UTC+0), we'll adjust VIP levels based on:

• Total trading volume in the past 30 days
• Current account's total assets

Meeting either criterion will allow you to maintain or upgrade your VIP level. If neither criterion is met, your level will be adjusted to the appropriate tier.

* Users of SVIP1-SVIP5 levels will be adjusted according to the new rules starting from September 16, 2024, at 18:00 (UTC+0).

Pro Tip:

To maintain or upgrade your VIP level under the new system, consider making strategic deposits or increasing your trading volume.
