It is important to restate that BTCC has not and does not provide services to individuals residing in Hong Kong.

This policy is applicable to anyone holding Hong Kong identity documents, such as identity cards, passports, residence permits, driving licenses, and travel passes. Specifically, the services we refrain from offering include, but are not limited to:

1. The release and provision of any applications within the Hong Kong region. Please be aware that any application available for download in the Hong Kong App Store or on other platforms under the BTCC name is not affiliated with or released by us.

2. The acceptance of account registrations using a Hong Kong IP address.

3. The acceptance of any Hong Kong documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification processes.

4. The provision of services to Hong Kong users, encompassing trading, deposits and withdrawals, cryptocurrency transactions, asset custody, and any form of advertising, marketing, or related activities.

We urge all users to note that attempts to bypass this policy through unlawful means for registration and trading will not be the responsibility of BTCC.

We strongly advise our users to adhere to all relevant laws and regulations, and to diligently assess the legal risks involved in using cryptocurrency exchange services.
