BTCC will undergo a system upgrade on 2 June 2023 (Friday) from 06:00 to 07:30 (UTC). During this period, Ripple (XRP) deposit and withdrawal services on the BTCC platform will be suspended.

Please note that all XRP deposit addresses and destination tags on BTCC will be replaced with new ones after the above-mentioned period. To obtain your new XRP address and tag on BTCC, please go to the deposit page on our web or app.

Important: Please do not deposit XRP to the old address and destination tags after the period mentioned above. If you do so, it will take seven business days to recover the XRP sent to the old address/tag, and the cost incurred will be borne by the users.
