To enhance the functionality and security of the wallet service, BTCC will undergo a wallet service upgrade from 02:00:00 to 04:00:00 (UTC+0) on 27 February 2023 (Monday). An announcement will be made after the upgrade is complete. Please note the following services will be affected during the upgrade:

• BTC and LTC deposit and withdrawal services will be suspended.

During the upgrade period, you can still choose other currencies for deposits or withdrawals. The deposit service of other currencies will not be affected by this wallet service upgrade.

After the upgrade is complete, your previous BTC and LTC deposit addresses will be replaced with new ones. Please take note of the following:

• After the upgrade is complete, please go to the Deposit page on the app or web platform to obtain new BTC and LTC deposit addresses.
• If you have saved the old BTC and LTC deposit addresses in other exchanges/wallets, please update the addresses with the new ones after the upgrade.
• If you continue to deposit crypto to the old BTC and LTC addresses after the upgrade, it will take 7 business days to recover the assets, and the costs will be borne by the user.
