In order to improve the user experience of our app, BTCC will carry out a cold wallet system upgrade on 24 May 2022 from 00:00 to 03:00 (UTC+0). Deposits for all cryptocurrencies will be suspended during the said period. Users who would like to make deposits are recommended to submit deposit requests in advance.
However, users can still buy crypto on BTCC and this function is not affected by the upgrade.
After the cold wallet system upgrade is complete, all your previously saved wallet addresses on BTCC will be replaced with new ones. Please do not use the previously saved addresses to make deposits to your BTCC account, as this may result in the loss of assets.
We shall send out another announcement when the upgrade is complete.
Please be rest assured that all users’ assets are safe and secure on BTCC. We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause.
