In order to improve the user experience of our app, BTCC will carry out a hot wallet system upgrade on 25 May 2022 from 00:00 to 03:00 (UTC+0). Withdrawals of all cryptocurrencies will be suspended during the said period. Users who would like to withdraw their assets are recommended to submit withdrawal requests in advance.

Withdrawals will resume to normal after the upgrade is complete. There will be no further announcement.
