Flash Media Player

You will need the free Flash Player software/plug-in from Adobe to view BAI Learning & Development Online Internet Solution courses.

If you do not see the Flash Animation to the right you will need to download and install the software from Adobe.

How to Download Flash Player

1. Open Internet Explorer and type http://www.adobe.com in the address bar of your browser.
2. On this screen, click Downloads in the navigation bar.
3. Under the Download Free Players heading, click the Get Flash Player.
4. The Adobe Flash Player Download Center Screen uncheck the Yahoo Toolbar option, and then click Install Now.
5. You will see a Security Warning pop-up, click Install to start the Flash Player installation.
6. After completing the installation, as screen will appear confirming that the installation is complete, and you will see the Flash logo and a successfully installed message.

After completing the installation, be sure to close your browser. You are ready to view any Flash content on the website or on the Internet Solution online training system.
