Content Development

The production process begins with the development of content for courses by content personal and Advisory Boards within each of the company's market segments. The programming and production teams and affiliated experts have significant experience in and knowledge of their selected markets. The programming staff works with the training content to produce programs to meet specific customer needs. These teams handle production schedules, contracts, outlines, synopsis and field/studio/web production.

The programming teams work closely with personnel in other departments including Production, Printing, Videotape Distribution, Network Operations Control and Interactive Education Systems to ensure the delivery of product to our customers. The producers specialize in the area of instructional design and transformation of hands-on instruction in the classroom or seminar into focused, high-quality video/web presentations, complete with syllabi, tests and other appropriate collateral materials. Program formats include live broadcasts, news, documentary or, film style, role plays, teleconference's, DVD and online courses just to name a few.
